Terms of Service

CHRONAFC is a single-player football management simulation developed by Wade Holdings Group LLC. You manage a club (or national team in supported modes) across seasons: tactics, training, transfers, finances, board pressure, youth development, and live or simulated matchdays.

The app is provided for personal, non-commercial entertainment.

You must be old enough to accept these Terms in your jurisdiction and to download apps from your app store (typically 13+ unless your store account rules say otherwise). If you are under 18, you should use the app with a parent or guardian's permission.

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use CHRONAFC on devices you own or control, subject to these Terms and your app store's rules.

You may not:

• Copy, modify, or distribute the app or its code except as allowed by law
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or extract source code except where law explicitly permits
• Use cheats, bots, or exploits to tamper with saves or systems
• Resell, sublicense, or commercially exploit the app or generated content
• Use the app for unlawful purposes or to harass others

All rights not expressly granted remain with Wade Holdings Group LLC and its licensors.

• No account is required for standard offline careers.
• Career data is stored locally on your device (SQLite). We do not guarantee cloud backup unless we ship a specific sync feature in the future.
• You are responsible for backing up saves (.chronafc export) if you want to keep them after device loss, uninstall, or OS reset.
• Uninstalling the app typically deletes local saves unless you exported a backup.

We are not liable for lost saves due to device failure, uninstall, or user error.

By default, CHRONAFC uses fictional clubs, players, and leagues generated for entertainment. Any resemblance to real people, clubs, or competitions is coincidental unless you import a custom player database.

If you import custom data:

• You represent that you have the right to use that content
• You accept responsibility for how you use real names, likenesses, or trademarks
• Wade Holdings Group LLC does not claim ownership of your imported JSON files

CHRONAFC is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any real football league, club, or governing body.

Some features need internet access:

Offline play remains available when online features are off or unavailable. See our Privacy Policy for data handling.

Story AI output is generated automatically from match context. It may be inaccurate, repetitive, or unexpected. It is provided “as is” for flavor, not as factual reporting or professional advice. You may disable Story AI at any time.

If CHRONAFC or in-app purchases are offered on your store, pricing, billing, refunds, and cancellations are handled by Apple App Store or Google Play under their terms. Wade Holdings Group LLC does not process payment card data directly.

Feature availability and pricing may change. Check the store listing for current offers.

CHRONAFC may be labeled TestFlight, beta, or early access. Features, balance, and save formats may change. We may add migrations, fix bugs, or remove features without notice.

We may update the app via store releases or over-the-air updates. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance of the updated app.

When using community channels (Discord, Reddit, email, forums linked from the app):

• Be respectful
• Do not share others' personal information without consent
• Do not post illegal content, malware links, or spam
• Do not impersonate Wade Holdings Group LLC staff

We may remove community access or refuse support for abusive behavior.

CHRONAFC IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that saves will never corrupt. You use the app at your own risk.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain disclaimers; in those cases, our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WADE HOLDINGS GROUP LLC AND ITS OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AND PARTNERS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, PROFITS, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF CHRONAFC.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATED TO THE APP WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US FOR THE APP IN THE TWELVE MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM, OR (B) USD $25.

You agree to indemnify and hold Wade Holdings Group LLC harmless from claims arising out of your misuse of the app, your imported custom databases, or your violation of these Terms or third-party rights.

You may stop using the app at any time by uninstalling it. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or if we discontinue the service.

Sections that by nature should survive (license limits, disclaimers, liability caps, indemnity) survive termination.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where your local consumer laws require otherwise.

Before formal action, contact [email protected] to try to resolve the issue. If you are an EU consumer, you may also use your local dispute resolution bodies where applicable.

The app links to third-party sites and services (Discord, social networks, feedback forms, AI providers, app stores). Their terms and privacy policies apply when you use them. We are not responsible for third-party content or practices.

We may update these Terms. The “Last updated” date will change when we do. Material changes may be highlighted in-app or on chronafc.com. Your continued use after the effective date means you accept the revised Terms.
