Three new formations
4-3-2-1 Christmas Tree, 3-6-1 Six-Man Midfield, and 5-2-1-2 Twin Strikers join the catalog (21 shapes total), with family filter chips and counts. Catalog integrity tests guard every shape.
Goal drama in the match log
Every goal now carries its running score plus a narrative tag — Opener, Equalizer, Go-ahead, Winner, Late winner, Extender, Consolation — with brace/hat-trick badges. Winner tags only appear once the whistle is visible so live feeds never spoil. Goal rows render as tinted hero cards with spring-in celebrations.
Visible role influence
The role sheet and Roles tab show each role's ATK/MID/DEF/PRS/WID lean — the same numbers the sim uses — with an XI-wide lean strip.
System rename
Long-press any saved tactical system to rename it (18 characters, persists across saves).

Pitch-first tactics
The Shape tab now opens on the pitch: lineup first, formation and style side-by-side beneath it, then readiness and matchdesk below. The systems card, pitch header (rating + delta inline), and setup rows are all compacted, and pitch height follows your screen size.
Club-style sheets in tactics
Change-player and formation catalog sheets now match the club menu: X button, no pull tab, blurred chrome, taller (92%/860), edgeless gradient fades, and the list runs to the screen edge. Catalog previews are bigger and responsive (360–460).
Overlap-free pitches
A shared token declutter pass spreads jerseys apart deterministically, so dense shapes (4-3-2-1, 5-2-1-2, 3-6-1) no longer pile players on top of each other in any pitch view.
Explicit catalog commits
Formation and game-plan sheets now have Discard / Use-this-shape footers. X and the backdrop discard the preview instead of silently saving whatever you last swiped to.
Transfers Market/Desk split
The Transfers screen is now two tabs: Market (filters straight into targets) and Desk (budget, deals, sell, loans, deadline, shortlist). A shared alert stack sits on both tabs, the negotiation submit footer is pinned, and the redundant Targets divider and desk strip are gone.
